What you need to know before completing or renovating a property

Shell-stage properties vary in how complete they are. Some have only the structure and roof, while others also have windows and doors or some building services. Before preparing a quotation, we inspect what has already been completed, assess its condition and define only the stages still required.

Yes. We can take care of building services, construction and finishing works, bathrooms, lighting, the kitchen and any agreed equipment. The exact handover level—finished and ready for furnishing, move-in ready or fully furnished—is specified in the quotation.

The duration depends on the initial condition, floor area, material availability and desired level of finish. After the inspection, you will receive a schedule for the agreed scope; any changes to the scope and deadline are agreed in advance.

Send us everything you have – a floor plan, drawings, photographs or a wish list. If the documentation is incomplete, we determine what is needed during the initial inspection before preparing the final quotation.
